Andrew was just about everything I was looking for in a real estate agent for my land purchase. He was always available within a reasonable amount of time and always worked to get answers for my questions (even when on vacation, with his wife telling him not to be working... Haha!!) Some of the other agents I worked with, were constantly just trying to make a sale and did not seem to even listen to what I was looking for. Andrew was just the opposite. I have been looking for a home for longer than I can remember. A work associate recommended a loan officer for me and could say enough good things about him. In the middle of the conversation, another friend of mine said "Quintez is the man!" And told me about his experience working with him. At this point I had no doubt who to call. I had pretty good markers for a prospective home buyer: job, credit score, low debts etc. but never would I have imagined being able to afford a house in the range and rate Mr. Gibson gave me.
